Synopsis:
When David, a medicated schizophrenic, was sent away for a brutal murder, his claims of innocence and description of a masked killer went ignored. He returns home, hoping for a new life but the deadly masked figure from his past returns. David believes that his friend and co-worker, Melissa is in danger of being killed and turns to his psychiatrist and the local sheriff for help. But their suspicions grow, fearing that David has slipped into a delusional state. Perhaps he is the real threat.
